I am applying online for a study permit in the next week. I have been Accepted in Memorial University of Newfoundland in BBA (hons) by credit transfer for the May 2017 intake
My fee for the years is 8800 Cad$ and i have a sum of 32000$ Cad in my bank account from the last six months from July till date. my parents sold a property which was for my study purposes and i still have the documents for that property. and the bank draft where that money came from. is it enough or do i have to demonstrate the VO the proof for the fee years later as well? My father is a contractor. He has invested all of his money in the house we are living in whose value is 1.25 Crore. even though he is going to sponsor me for my fees. Now i want to ask is my six months bank statement enough or according to my consultant he is making a job letter for my father on a simple letter pad of a property estate builder stating he is working as a project manager on a salary of 73000 PKR and an affidavit of a rental agreement of a house we don't even own which gives us a monthly rent of 80000 PKR. Should i go with the consultant or what should i do can anyone please help.? i am also attaching the property evaluation certificate of the house we are living in.
