I searched the forum but did not find an answer to my exact question.
I received a gift deed from my brother, and have the official bank receipt of the transfer, and also had it notarized.
My brother's account is however a AND/OR (shared account) with his wife, but he is the main account holder.
Is it enough if only he signed the notary paper? It has all his name and information etc..
