I just received my PR and I am still in the US on H1B. However, my husband doesnt have his yet. Reason being he was still my fiance when i applied for and got my PR. i was researching and it seems like the best option will be to have him apply for the express entry as opposed to waiting for 1 year for me to sponsor him after i finally relocate.
We are converting my savings account to a joint account but i would like to know if he can show that as PoF. We are willing to wait for 6 months before we start the process so that there are no issues. Since i will be relocating with him when he finally gets his PR, will there be an issue since technically I am not part of his application?
