Hi There,

My Wife is the primary applicant but the proof of funds is in My account,
Will there be any issues with this or do we need to provide any other
documentation like a written letter due to this.

Thanks.

No issues as long as you are an accompanying spouse. Just provide a signed declaration that the funds are for the immigration purpose and are available for the same unencumbered to you both. Make it a joint account if it helps.

Yes, it can, to the extent (of amount) it is withdraw-able.

Just for clarification:

If you are in Canada and have valid work, you don't need to show that you meet the settlement funds requirement.

Thanks,

No, CEC applicants are exempt from PoF requirement.

Plain and simple declaration (as a statement) with signature...no notarization required.

anyone else can confirm this "No Objection Certificate" is considered by CIC as proof of access to spouse money?
