Proof of funds from Bank of America.

Hello,
I just received a letter from Bank of America stating my current and average balance for 6 months.
The letter didn't include any email address or credit cards. Is this enough as a proof of fund document?

Or shall I request for credit cards too?

2) What kind of proof do they need regarding absence credit cards debt?
3) From where should we get the bank contact information to attach?
