Hlo guys. I am confused. My parents dont file ITRs and we dont have much money in bank account. If We sell our house property then Can I show that money for proof of funds for study visa? Or visa officer will refuse my visa? Getting education loan without ITRs or income proof is not easy

A study permit isn't guaranteed even with funds so selling your home is not suggested.

I paid 1st semester tution fees and deposited CAD 11K in Canada bank and have the letter
So I need to show any other thing for support proof of fund or that enough?

Yes you should provide proof of what other money you or your financial supporter have. It is important to be able to show that you have the funds to support the rest of your tuition, travel costs and other living costs because 10K is often not enough. This is especially important given covid and the recession there aren't as many jobs for students.

Noted. What if I could show another 11k CAD of my local bank account which is under my name?
Basically how much we talking about.
1. 12K deposited to Sociabank- Canada
2.1st semster already paid (It is almost half of the full 2 years tuition fee with the insurance)
3. 4 months bank statement will be avialble at the time of apply with 11k CAD

would this going to be sufficent ? I am going to start study in Quebec
