Proof of funds for study permit

Do I need to show 4 months of bankstatements or 6 months?
Some people said 6 months but its 4 months in the cic website therefore I have put the funds for 4 months only...

Would that be a problem?
Would I get rejected if I only show 4 months?

..for your sponsor its 6months and for your own personal BS its 4months

Not sure about getting rejected but there is always a result for not yielding to instructions
