Hello guyz,

I hope you all will be fine. I am raising this question generally for all but if there is a Pakistani Guy i will proud of you if you can help me out.
I am from Pakistan and applying for the FSWP for which a big requirement is proof of funds, i read all the essential point for the FSWP which are on official web.
My question is i haven't a hard cash or any debentures to proof my funds except i have property in my named which capital cost is greater than the FSWP requirement,so can i show this property documents as a proof of funds or i exactly need to have a bank statement in form of cash for this immigration program????
Please help me out because i haven't so much time to go out any consultant or any other person.
Thanks.

You have to show the bank statement as property documents would not be acceptable. Borrow from someone or if you have any friend working in banking sector can help you. Make a bank certification letter or bank statement that should show the sufficient amount required. No other way brother.

Settlement funds are liquid and unencumbered funds that you could easily bring with you to Canada. They must be yours and not borrowed. Assets that cannot easily be converted to cash, like property, are not acceptable as settlement funds.

Your friend will have to actually bring the settlement funds to Canada, and if he can't he won't be able to land. So falsifying his application now will not help if he cannot actually acquire the funds. Also misrepresentation, if discovered by CIC, is an automatic rejection and exclusion from Canada for 2 years or more.

In short, I suggest your friend obtain liquid funds somewhere.
