Proof of funds for EE, question regarding source of funds?

My father is going to transfer funds in my account and I am planning to wait for few months before submitting my application. If the funds in my account are older than 3 months during the time I receive and ITA, do I still have to mention the source of those funds? My CRS score is 478.

1. Are in Inland or outand?
2. You can show these funds from you country of original residence as long as its in your name
3. Did you get ut ITA?

It its a large credit to your account that isn't part of your monthly salary credits, then yes, you do have to mention the source of these funds in your LoE, and as you said your father will be giving the amount to you, you'll need to attache a gift deed from your father along with the bank transfer slips/receipts or cash deposit from your father.

No, I haven't yet received an ITA. I am currently residing in India.
