Proof of Funds Debt Question

Good Day All,

I received my ITA on 26th August 2020. I am in the process of completing the application. I have the required amount of money of $13,000 CAD for 1 person in a Bank account. However, I also have an outstanding debt on my Credit Card of approximately 7,000 CAD which I am paying off every month. Will this affect my chances of being approved? I have the required CASH but I still have a debt to be repaid.

I strongly believe this will impact, as Canada is really tough on POF, not sure if you want to declare that you have debt to be repaid to them,
