Proof of Funds - Bank unresponsive

Hello,

I've tried contacting my bank for 2 weeks now to get the proof of funds letter but they aren't answering my emails or calls. Is there any other way to proof that I have the money?

I took all the required documents online , went to the bank in person , spoke to the manager to help me out the list of documents i needed and I had everything with in a couple of days time, with the seal on the bank and their complete address & contact details.

Sadly I used a direct bank with no physical locations.. I could move the money to my other account but then I couldn't show the 6 month history of having the money. Not sure what I should do now

update you location details and name of the bank. Someone from there might be able to help you out.
