Proof of funds - Bank statement duration

Hello,

I am applying under Express Entry FSW. Does anyone know in case if I provide 3 or 4 months of bank statement instead of 6, would my application be rejected ? Is 6 months mandatory?

Please help. Looking forward for some advices .

They need a letter from the bank showing average balance for 6 months. If you cannot provide that, only then is the bank statement needed. Yes, you'll need 6 months statement and have an explanation for any large deposits in that timeframe.
