Proof of funds, and when to start the process?

When should I start the entire process if I deposited POF on Feb1st 2019 as I had cash and I've read that they check 6 months bank statement, please help and explain.
 
If you can explain the source and provide proof for the cash you deposited then you can begin immediately. If not...then wait six months

did you do wes and ielts first? are you sure you will be eligible?

how are you eligible without ielts? you need to do wes and ielts first. wes needs about a month, iqas needs three. you have to see when ielts slots or exam centers are near your area, retake the exam if you don't score enough points etc... by the time you start doing those the six months will have passed.
