Proof of Funds - Addressed to?

Dear Members,

Good day! I am an Indian National working in Qatar. I am in the process of
securing the Proof of funds (i.e.,) "current bank certification letter / balance
statement" from local bank, Qatar.

The bank officials strictly barred me from addressing the balance statement
to "To Whom it may concern". I am puzzled about the addressee. Could you
guys guide me in this regard about the "Addressee" for "Proof of Funds"?

How about addressed to "yourself" or the nearest Canadian consulate?
