Proof of Funds 8 month PG Certificate

Hello,

Does anyone know if I am required to show proof of funds for one (1) full 12-month year if my post-graduate certificate program only lasts 8 months? I got accepted into Fanshawe - Supply Chain Management. Sept 2018. I previously hold a bachelors in Management Studies (2010). Would this be viewed as a study mismatch?

if you are studying in Canada what you need to show is 1 year tuition fee + means of financial support ($10,000 for single applicant) and $$$ to buy air ticket.
