Proof Of Funds 3 Months - Issue

Dear Seniors,

Please help me in one issue, just recently I have managed the funds like couple of days back. I heard so many times you should have funds prior 3 months before applying ?

Is it really a mandatatory about this RULE ? So in this case can't I apply for PNP's ?

Doesn't matter to CIC but some provinces (Saskatchewan comes to mind) insist that the funds must have been available with the applicant for at least 3 months.

If I have transferred the funds from salary account to saving account and showing that account only as pof. Shud I have to provide a letter of explanation?
