Thanks for the reply but you didn't get my question.

I mean if I show 5000$ cash, will they ask me how did I got this money ? Is it mine or borrowed from somebody ? How should I prove that that it is my money ?

Should there be any issue like that ?

See, what ever mode of funds you will be carrying, they might want to see it.

Now it can be in cash, Demand Draft or any other mode, they might ask you to show it to them and yes sometimes they count and this is true as during my immigration process, they had asked an applicant to show the officer the money and count it in front of him and other mode as well. At the Port of entry the duty of the immigration officer is just to see whether you have the minimum funds or not in order to complete the landing formalities and get the PR status.

Rest they might and might not all depends upon the I/O

From the States you are good with bank statements and ATM receipts. Prepare to answer questions on how the money is accessible from Cadana.

No, the most important thing is that the money is enter Canada. Where and how did you get are not important at that stage of the procedure.
