Hi,

I've joined my current organization in april and opened a bank account in July. It's a salaried account so I deposited the cash on hand after opening the account. After that at the end of each month the account was credited with salary. A week ago I deposited whatever cash I had in hand, the amount was not significant roughly 1500 cad and yesterday I received my salary.

Now, I've received a Bank Balance certificate and the statement. Do I need to further explain this in LOE or not ?

You mean explain the 1500CA$?... It's a small amount and really not the kind of amount IRCC is looking for as evidence of loan.
But if you want to have peace of mind, sure, you can explain it as initial cash deposit... Although it's really not necessary.
