Proof of fund calculation.

I have 2 loans and 1 credit card. When I show the proof of fund, will they deduct the outstanding amount for loan and credit card to evaluate the total available funds against the required fund?

If its with the same bank then yes!! However they aren't going to disqualify you just because you have some debt. As long as you have say $13000 in your account free to use but have $2000 in mortgage or debt, you would still qualify. You still have access to funds to come to Canada and manage until you find some work, which I believe is what they are more concerned about!!

Several folks in this forum have not disclosed their debt that they have with other institutions and have still received PR. Hope this helps.
