When I visited my girlfriend last year I didn't get a stamp in my passport.
If I don't get a stamp in my passport this upcoming visit what can I use as proof of my entry date for the spouse sponsorship application? Thank you in advance!

I can remember ever getting a stamp on my passport whenever i entered Canada.

If you traveled by air......include your airline ticket and/or boarding passes in your application......and provide a very brief explanation in your IMM5532 form (Part C, Question 4).

If you traveled by road........and didn't get a stamp in your passport.......will advice you provide a very brief explanation in your IMM5532 form (Part C, Question 4).......and include any travel document available in in your application.

Its very important that you accurately report all the dates you actually traveled. IRCC could check and confirm with CBSA if required.

Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) documents travelers entering Canada.....CBSA and USA border control share cross border information.
