Proof of english test for citizenship

Hello everyone
I am eligible for citizenship now
My problem is i dont have proof of english language
Can i submit my high school diploma back home or do i need to take celpip or ielts?

If you have taken IELTS in the past and it has expired, you can still use those results. If you need to use your high school diploma, then you should be able to prove that your education was in english. IELTS is going to cost you more I believe. For proof of English language, I only attached the degree certificate of my Canadian Masters and not the transcripts. Is that acceptable? If not, I would have to go to the Canada post office and stop it from being sent tomorrow morning.
