Hi guys, what is required for proof of one year work experience? I am from Albania and we do not do tax returns, is it certain that only a letter from the company stamped and in their letterhead will be sufficient? What if they ask me for other proof? I have the required points to be invited but I am afraid I won't be able to provide other proof except the letter from the company. I do not wanna be banbed from applying to Canada for 10 years if they ask for other proof and I don't have it.
 
Nobody can say whether the reference letter will be sufficient or not. It certainly is the only mandatory document but IRCC is free to ask for further documentation.
 
I had the same issues. In my country our Insurance industry defines our employed status and we do not have any tax returns (perks of tax free country) so I attached copies of my insurance cards, my business card, my boss's business card & employee ID, along with my contract. I am hopeful it will be sufficient.
 
Did they ask you for more proof or did you go ahead and provide it?
