Proof of employment. Letter or Bank Account copies???????

For the proof of employment
If I am not doing the letter from my employer. can I just do a printout from the last 12 months of deposits into my bank account from my job?
Or does it have to be more detailed then that?

I just provided a few paystubs that included current earnings and YTD earnings. I was late sending NoA's and Option C's. They seemed to accept that.
