My husband will be here in the USA for the first two weeks of October and we will finish our paperwork and mail it during those two weeks.

He can get his employment/income letter from work the last week of September a few days before he comes to the USA for visit.

Will there be any problem with the date of the letter and the sponsor application date being a few weeks different? Can't figure out how to get them any closer as he has to request the letter from his employer and then travel here where we will finalize and send forms to immigration.

Thank you for your help.

I had this question before, everyone said the dates aren't important. My dates are all different, on every form and every letter! (We sent in 3 letters, sponsor's, principal applicant's, and family support letter). There's no way around it, it's just the nature of this process. :)

Agreed with previous poster - there is no way to have the same date on every single form you submit. Ours were within a few days of each other for the actual forms, and probably within a month or so for other docs (letters, etc.). I am thinking as long as you don't have 6 months time difference between major documents, you should be fine
