proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure in SINP application

Could any one throw light on what would be accepted as proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure to apply to the SINP..
My NOC is 4212 ( Social & Community Service workers). I have initiated the process of getting a Canadian Equivalency from the regulated body CASW. My last date to apply for SINP is 31st Dec'18 but I fear that it may take some time to come.
So kindly guide me as to what can I do to show proof in the application form.

Hi dear
I also applied in the same noc. Do i need to get the assessment before applying? Does they count social science degree. I have masters in economics and 9+ years experience in development field. Plesde enlighten me.
