proof of custody

dear seniors,
i will send my full docs by one month
i m a devorced women
thats y i need official deccree(proof of custody)for my babies
i have applied for "deccree" for my baby.
but it needs at least 2 to 3 months
my 120 days will over 18 june,
what should i do?
plz suggest me

Send everything you have before your time runs out. Write a letter to send along with the documents stating that you have applied for the decree. If you have any documents proving that you have applied for it, send them along. Also tell them when you expect to get it and that you will send it also as soon as you have it.
