Hello!
Making this paperwork by myself took a long time and I would find tips here and there in forums and groups, but it would've saved me a long time of research if I had guidance and a list to rely on, so I decided to make this "masterlist" of everything we included in our Common-law sponsorship to help those that are doing their own application, so you don't need to search as much as I did
I will just note that we do not have children, there was no previous marriage and we are very young, so your list of proof of cohabitation may be bigger than ours. With that in mind, I did follow the official website's advice and the checklist to complete our application.

We put everything together in a pdf, separating everything according to the checklist and a small description.
(Exemple:
7. Proof of relationship to sponsor
a) Rental agreement showing Principal Applicant and Sponsor as occupants of rental property (2021-2022)

picture)

Proof of relationship:
  1. -Statutory declaration of common-law union signed and notarized by a notary public
  2. -Apartment leases including both our names
  3. -Joint bank account contract
  4. - other documents (held jointly or not), and older bills that show previous address:
  • house insurance
  • commercial invoice
  • amazon order receipt taken from website
  • letter sent by Canada Post (tracking paper with to/from and receipt)
  • print screen showing letter delivered at our address by Canada Post, using track number at the website AND the scan of the letter matching the tracking number and address (the print screen at the website was to prove the date of delivery)
Financial support:
  1. most recent statement of joint bank account to show shared expenses
  2. electricity bill in his name
  3. internet/phone bill AND history showing all months in my name
Social Media info and family relationship:
  1. Facebook profile screenshots showing highlighted relationship status AND links included
  2. Requested photos showing dates, game nights and trips with in-laws. Put them in chronological order, with date and a very brief description of who is in the picture, how they are related to us and what is happening. (ex: Beach trip with x, mother of a, and y, father of a)
  3. LETTERS!! 3 in total, written by our mothers and his sister, saying how they met the other, what they think, mentioning trips and times together. We translated and also certified my mother's letter just in case.
Always use the most recent bills and statements. Make sure that each separated bill always show the same address as your spouse's bill. "non-important" documents such as the commercial invoice and letters, I took the liberty to highlight the date/address so it wouldn't go unnoticed, but I am not sure if this is recommended or even necessary.
Make sure to double check for the requested documents and checklist order. Triple check for signatures.
I will answer questions if I can.

I really hope this "masterlist" come to be of help.
Good luck!! :)
