My application status says decision made and on March 9th, my application is being processed. It says on the cic site that if I live outside of canada, that my certificate will be sent to a canadian embassy or high commision but doesn't say if it will be sent to me from the embassy or if I have to pick it up. How long will it take until I recieve anything in the mail (under the pretense that the site said I will recieve a decision in the mail.) This isn't my first post but I'm just a little anxious. I'm just looking for an ETA on my certificate as specific as could be.
