proof of citizenship application

Hi I have received email from cic for proof of citizenship application process
try to log in to check the states of application using my application
on e mail I received its have UCI number 10 digits and Application number starts with PR 8 digits
I tried to check status and using UCi and application number with last name DOB and county of birth .
its message comes wrong information I tried many times not go thru …
is there some thing wrong or I have to wait until the process

If you received the email today, you should be able to check it tomorrow or Monday. The system is not updated instantaneously but periodically usually daily.
