Proof of Citizenship 2019 - routine cases - Canada, USA

I have applied for my newborn baby (born in the USA) proof of citizenship in May 2019. It seems a routine case (to me anyway), but the case has taken more than 6 months so far. Please share your recent timeline for routine cases filed in USA and Canada. My other kid proof of citizenship application was processed in less than one month back in 2017 !! Here is my timeline:

Received May 1, 2019
AOR July 10, 2019

No update since then ( as of Nov 18, 2019). Is it normal? any insights? please share your recent timelines (after May 2019).

Routine case (child born to 2 Canadian citizens in the USA).

Application received May 25th 2019
AOR on July 31st 2019
...and nothing since then.

I filled webform request 2 days ago since normal processing time has passed (5 months).

I will call when im in Canada next week.

Waiting for the certificate to arrive. ​

This is my time line for my daughter certificate application reacived 10th may 2019 at New Delhi high commison . On 6th June 2019 application reached from New Delhi to nova scotia . AOR received on 14th August 2019 and nothing after that still waiting .........
