Proof of adequate financial arrangement

Hi

i am a Canadian citizen.and for last 1/2 year i am staying with my wife in Pakistan, on July 08 i sponsor my wife from Pakistan and mentioned every thing in sponsorship application that currently i am staying with my wife.but my intentions to reside in Canada when my wife visa may issued because all of my family members my brothers sisters mom living in Canada, and i submit my work history, my pay stubs T4, Job letter.in sponsorship application.

Last year on Aug 08 received acknowledgment of approval from CPS Mississauga at my Toronto home address.and after 3 weeks my wife received acknowledgment of approval from CHC Islamabad. and that time they requires marriage pictures, Proof of contact.we send them.

last Friday we received an other letter from CHS Islamabad and now they required

My Recent Notice of Assessments, Proof of adequate financial arrangement for my spouse care and support in Canada bank statements, pay stub, letter from employer and proof of any other financial support along with documented proof."and yours sponsor's
intentions to reside in Canada when a visa may be issued.

i don't understand if they already knew that currently i staying with my spouse in Pakistan and i already submit my last job history,job letter, T4, pay stubs, then why CHS Islamabad asking for my current pay stubs,and current notice of assessments, because i am out of job for last 1/2 year because staying with my wife in Pakistan,

i have join account in Pakistan which show my saving its around 8,000$ Canadian can i send that bank statement,

i have my last job pay stubs,job letter,and notice of assessments can i send them again,

what can i do plz help me out to solve my problem

It's a bit hard to understand exactly what they asked for. Can you copy a bit more?

I'm guessing they're asking for proof that you (the sponsor) intend to move to Canada once your wife receives her visa. Have you supplied them with that?

they required

1,proof your sponsor's income and of adequate financial arrangements for your care and support in Canada,your sponsor's recent notice of assessments,employment letters recent pay stubs,your bank statements ,and documentary proof of any other financial support available to you.

2,documentary proof to show the the periods of your sponsor's residency in Canada including a complete copy of the sponsor's passport showing entry and exit stamps your sponsor's last two notice of assessments and any other evidence to demonstrate your sponsor's residency in Canada or support of your sponsor's intentions to reside in Canada when a visa may issued.

I think they want to establish whether you will return with your spouse. Do you have residence back in Canada? Rental agreement? Home ownership? Job offer? Anything to show that you will return. I guess you can resend copies of what you already sent and a copy of the bank account in Pakistan but what they really want to see is that you have ties there. Do you not have a bank account you can transfer these funds to? Perhaps than you can print a bank statement from there. I think if I was asked these questions I would be in a worst position than you as I have been out of the country for 4 years If it really came down to it I would buy a ticket lol Maybe someone else can help as well that has been in the same situation as you.
