Proof of a legitimate conjugal relationship

How can we successfully prove a conjugal relationship? I've realized the conjugal partner application seems to have a very low success rate. My partner and I are both male so does that increase the chances of it being accepted? How can we prove it... What have you sent in to show proof? We have spent a total of about 4-5 months in the same country. I have my boarding passes from when I went there to visit him. We don't have any thing with our names on it together except misspelled bus and train tickets in India.

You have to prove to CIC that:

• Your relationship is 100% genuine and that it will continue once you and you partner are united in Canada.
• It is completely impossible (not merely difficult or inconvenient) for you and your partner to live together and/or get married under the current circumstances.
