I'm from Morocco, I've done the medical tests a week ago and the file was sent
My questions is
How long would it probably take to hear from the immigration department again?
What would be the next step if the medical tests were all good ?

Generally after medical is background check. This can take weeks or months. Ours started in October and we still have not heard anything Each case is different. Just expect your application to take 12 months from the time you applied.
