Progress stuck on "send us additional information"

I got a request for additional information on February 8 as I had a new passport and hadn't included my old one that covers the whole 5 year prior period. I sent it in on February 12 via web form. But when checking status it still says that they are waiting for my information. Is it just slow to update or should I call to see what's going on?

Call them to make sure they received it. Call every few days until you get a confirmation of receipt, or consider resending depending on how long it has been.

I am in the same boat with you(Gap in passport) , submitted my additional request a couple ways ago, and still havent got any update on the tracker.

Have you get the additional info cleared on your tracker, and received the test invitation now?
