Program change after Visa?

Hello
I am planning for Global business Management 1 year Pg Diploma to be precise Graduate certificate from Conestoga College that start May 2014 and will finish in Dec 2014 (8 Months). I am worried that i may end up getting 8 month PGWPP However when I spoke with College they said they are not sure about study permit duration but for PGWPP I will get 1 year for sure.

Now I want to know if I chose to go for Business - Marketing accelerated program that is for 2 year but we finish it in 16 month, Do we get 3 Year PGWPP and do I have show complete 2 year college fee and GIC for 2 years? or would that be enough to show 1 year fee paid and 1 year GIC and nothing else as I have no other funds except $5000 for my personal expenses.

Or can I just apply Visa with 1 year program where I have paid 1 year fee+GIC and then once I get Visa I can change my course to Marketing accelerated program for 2 year diploma once I reach Canada?

Is that possible?

It is highly irritating to read again and again and again the same question on the forum in a short period of time. There were TWO the same questions here yesterday and a day before.

I understand Regina it's irritating for some people, may be for you as well but we guys post because we don't find answers elsewhere I agree it's because we don't search a lot and look for easy options but people have to understand new members are confused and looking for help and that's why we ask, because we want to clarify what we read or heard. I am sorry if it's irritating for you and I don't expect any answers from anyone here I just post so that someone who want to share his or her help can do that and I guess every new member expect it.I am not sure if this had happened to you but it happens with every one new on this forum.

It feels like you answer and help people but you feel annoyed too much often, avoid it! it's not good for growth my friend.
