Progam change to different feild

Hello everyone,
I got the ppr recently and i have opted apple mechanical design ( 1 year pgd ) in fanshawe college.

Now my situation is kind of different here .
From the past year i have developed a keen interest in Blockchain development and i have been learning/ doing blockchain projects as well.

I am from mechatronics engineering background.
My question is can i change my program to blockchain development from applied mechanical design( 1 year pgd) when i land in canada.

Will it impact my case in future when i persue my application for PR.

PS : blockchain development course is not available in my college from where I’ll be doing applied mechanical design (pgd). (Fanshawe College)

So can i get an LOA ( ie Georgian College or York university) from a different institute and transfer myself to that institution later is that possible?

Also i am planning to do 1+1 separate two courses for completing two year of studies.

Please give your precious suggestions.

If you are changing DLI before you come to canada, you need a new study permit. You cant change DLI unless you have studied there so study at Fanshawe for a semester or year and then change DLI. No impact on PR process.

So i can do my blockchain course in the 2nd year as i am planning to do 1+1 my currently opted course is of 1 year.

will it be suitable to have 2 certifications in 2 different fields.

You can do two back to back. No impact on PR process and certification all depends on whether you get a job in those fields.

Hypothetically speaking if somehow I didn’t manage to get my job in those fields. Will a NOC level B job is feasible for me to lodge my file for pr after getting one year of experience!

As long as you have NOC A,B or 0 and a year of Canadian experience with IELTS then you should be eligible for CEC. However, the Canadian government is changing the EE program so who knows what it will look like. You are at least 3 years away from applying for PR.
