Profile updated before MEP/Rejection?

Hi,
I received my AOR on last 20th August, today I went to my profile and I noticed that my profile was updated, when I have opened it, I saw the blue bar for timeline but still showing : You do not need Medical exam....

Does some of you experienced this before MEP or it is a sign of rejection?

For those who received MEP did you get an email from CIC before?

So, just to update people in here, I just received a letter asking me to provide another copy of my passport as the one I provided was not readable.

Any idea where I can upload it, does someone have a link?
