Profile selection under NOC 2171

I have 10+ years of experience as QA Analyst in US. I have searched for QA positions in Saskatchewan job bank and local job portals in Saskatchewan but there were only few positions. Can my profile still be picked up for ITA if there are few positions in my field in Saskatchewan?
