Profile not eligible email

I created my profile in march; my profile was eligible at that time and last month I updated few details for spouse i.e removing relative information and previous work history. Now, I have received an email that your profile is not eligible.
Guys please advise why it happened and what are the next steps now?

If you were claiming points under adaptability for the six selection factors then that change could've meant that you dropped below the required 67 points. Of course this is assuming you're a FSW applicant.

Yes I did for myself and for my wife but later on I removed for my wife
