Hi everyone,

I am writing to request your help on my express entry application. I have attempted to submit my application 4 times now and always receive a Profile Ineligible message minutes after submission. I have not been able to figure out the reason for rejection as the response doesn't provide any details.

Here are the details of my application:
  • Age: 28 years
  • Marital status: Single
  • Nationality: Indian
  • Current Status: Post Graduate Work Permit holder (Valid until March 2020)
  • Applying only for myself
  • Education History:
    • MBA from a Canadian University
      • Full-time one year program
      • Completed course requirements
      • Degree to be awarded soon
    • BE from an Indian University
      • 4 years, full-time
      • Degree awarded
      • ECA not completed (as Canadian education is highest level)
  • IELTS:
    • Taken on Dec 02 2017
    • Received results on Dec 15 2017
    • Score
      • Speaking: 8.5
      • Listening: 8.5
      • Reading: 8
      • Writing: 7
  • Work history:
    • Current
      • Working full-time in Canada since Jan 2019 on open work permit
      • Indicated on application that offer is LMIA exempt
      • NOC Code: 1122
    • Previous
      • Two years in a Management Consulting firm in India
        • NOC Code: 1122
      • Two years in a technology firm in India
        • NOC Code: 2175
  • Ties to Canada
    • Sister who is a PR since 3 years
Areas where I suspect an issue:
  • 1 year program not accepted as full-time because of which I'm loosing points for Masters
  • LMIA exempt job offer
  • IELTS score validity (although it expires only in December 2019)

Can someone find an obvious error here because of which the application is not going through? I will be immensely grateful for any help in getting my application processed. It is critical for me that I secure the PR status at the earliest possible time.

Thank you very much in advance for your time and help.

Since you dont have one year of canadian work experience you are eligible for fsw catagory.

How much money are you planning to bring to canada. Fsw requires you to have funds

I chose (a) as I don't have my degree in hand yet.

That's the reason of your inegibility:

If you went to school in Canada, you must have a certificate, diploma or degree from a Canadian:

  • secondary (high school) or
  • post-secondary school
If you have foreign education, you must have:

Hello, I had already submitted my EE profile for the pool and I met the FSWP with 457 points. However, when I went back to my application and edited my work form and then resubmitted, I was suddenly found ineligible... Do you guys know why?

This is a very weird issue because at first I was accepted into the pool and when I edited my application it told me I was ineligible.. Any response will be appreciated! Looking forward for you reply..

Thanks in advance!
