I changed both primary noc code at the beginning and in the experience still my profile turned ineligible.
I made new profile in that there was one question have you applied for ircc before i said yes and entered my ineligible profile number. My profile also became ineligible.

Do you have ECAs and language tests? What is your full profile - language (each section), education, age. Are you working in Canada now? Do you have one year continuous, skilled experience in one NOC (primary NOC)?
