Hi guys.

I would like to know if someone here could help me out. I've completed two profiles in order to apply for express entry for Federal Skilled Worker and right after I submit they are refused saying that I'm not eligible for the process. I would like to know if there is anything I'm missing.

Age: 26 ( CRS 110 , FSW 12 )
Education: Bachelor's Degree ( CRS 120, FSW 21 )
Work Experience: 3 Years of In-Job Experience, 5 Years in total - as trainee ( Effective 3 Years CRS 50, FSW 11 )
Language: English - IELTS ( Speaking 7.5 CLB 10, Listening 8.0 CLB 9, Reading 7.0 CLB 9, Writting 7.0 CLB 9 CRS 130 ), French as Secondary ( Speaking 271 NCLC 8, Listening 254 NCLC 7, Readig 271 NCLC 8, Writting 380 NCLC 9 CRS 15 ). FSW 24 + 4 = 28.

Express Entry Additional CRS points:
1 - Scored NCLC 7 or higher on all four French language skills and scored CLB 5 or higher on
all four English skills: 30
2 - With good official language proficiency (Canadian Language Benchmark Level [CLB] 7 or higher) and a post-secondary degree: 25

Total:
CRS ( 110 + 120 + 50 + 130 + 15 + 30 + 25 = 480 )
Total: FSW ( 12 + 21 + 11 + 28 = 72 )

No accompanying spouse, nor dependent. Funds will be over $39.000,00 CAD.

----

If someone please could help me ? as far as I can see i'm eligible to apply for express entry under federal skilled worker ( and when I process the "check elibility" I always receive a message saying that I seem to be eligible. I don't know if i'm doing something wrong when completing the information provided though I'm not quite sure about the box related to the funds ( they don't allow using commas or dots, I aways put just "39184", just it ) and the TEF PIN I use the last number.

Check for no of hours per week and 1 yr continuous full time employment in primary NOC
Yep I have checked it already. I've put "40" in the box of hours per week and 2 to 3 years in primary NOC

P.S.: It is strange because it was denied but when I check the application the CRS points are blank.

Have you completed the ECA, and it is less than 5 years old? Language scores less than 2 years old?

Yes, both are within the time frame. ECA has been done may 2018, IELTs June 2018 and TEF december 2017.
I remember seeing a similar issue with another member - @satcan
I think all he did was create a new profile and it worked. since you haven't submitted the older EE application as it said its ineligible, you will be fine even if you were to create another profile and submit.

Naaaahhh, I've just found the answer myself. I've did it now and marked "all provinces" instead of just the ones I would like to really go .... rsrs. Quite strange isn't it ?! anyway, thank you guys for your help.
