Dear Friends,

I have registered for Express entry and created a profile in CIC on April 10th 2016. But I didnt register for job bank after I created my profile. When I went back to register for job bank on May 20th I got a message in CIC that your profile is ineligible as I didnt register for jobbank within 30 days. what do I do now???? Please help!!!
 
You need to create a new EE profile now. After receiving your profile number and job seeker code, you need to immediately update that in your job bank account.

Is the profile number same as Application number in EE like "E000611681". and what is job seeker code. please help!!! I have created another profile with the application number but it is also showing as ineligible.
 
Once you create your EE profile, you will get a message from IRCC, which will have your profile number like "E000XXXXXX" and a Job Seeker Code.
If you have already created an account on Job bank, then you simple to go "Account Settings" and update your Express Entry profile number and Job Seeker Code and then your job bank account gets linked with your EE profile in 24 hours.
You will get a email/message saying that your profile has been updated (or profile is now active) after 24 hours from updating your Job bank account.

I have created my profile on April 10th this year but didnt create a job bank account. When i logged in to my CIC account on May 20th it showed me that my profile is ineligible because i didnt register for job bank within 30 days.

Today I created another profile but that application number shows just below my previous application number in my CIC account and is also showing as ineligible.

When I tried to register my self in job bank today with the previous application number and present application number with the same job seeker code it gives me an error message as below:

There was a problem with your entry. 1 error was found:

Error: You have entered an invalid Express Entry Profile Number and/or Job Seeker Validation Code. To avoid errors, you should copy and paste these codes directly from the message in your MyCIC account. If you are still having problems registering with Job Bank using these codes, please go to CIC Help Centre at http://cic.gc.ca/english/contacts for more information.

please help what has to be done?????
 
Have you entered all the information correctly in all the sections of your profile??
Just check each and every detail once again and see where you have gone wrong.
Check the amount that you entered in Proof of funds section.
 
Yes everything is correct. Tell me one thing when creating new profile do i need to create it with new GC key (login and password or with the same GC key as before). I created the new profile with the same GC user id and password as before. I think that is why It is showing as ineligible.

GC Key has nothing to do with it. Have you withdrawn your first profile???
At one time, you can have only one active profile.
