Hello all
My CRS was under 400, a year has passed and my profile has expired.
I would have to reapply I believe, in between that I also got married. How would this affect on my new profile?
and how does the CIC see our profile if we apply for a second or third time? Does it matter to them at all? Since there is a question they ask whether have I applied before or not.

Also, I am the main applicant but I assume the degree of my wife will also increase my scoring? and same with IELTS if she gives it? or her degree and Ielts wouldn't count for much?

any answers or words of advice would be appreciated.
thanks

You can create a new profile with your spouse now. Her degree with ECA and IELTS scores will give you points. For IELTS, CLB 9 or CLB 10 will be really helpful. Check the CRS table for the points she will contribute in your profile.

I don't think creating a profile 2nd time has any effect.

You would need to update your profile if your spouse in accompanying you or not. Your spouse can either add or reduce your points. I got 1 additional point by adding my accompanying wife as opposed to non accompanying
