Profile Evaluation

Dear members i'm willing to pursue my masters(MEng/MS) in Canada with a little bit low tuition fees (2O-22k cad for 2 years max).Is it possible with my profile? do i need to take GRE again ? I'm also worried about the job opportunities after completing post graduation.Please help me find some uni that somewhat has a good future prospect in Job field(if it possible with my profile).My profile is-

Type of Undergrad: Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Undergrad GPA: 3.08 (65.6%)
GRE:306 (q-156 v-150)
IELTS-7.5
Work Experience - 1.5 years (as Assistant electrical engineer)
Research Experience: 1 year (2 paper published)
Applied to:
1)Concordia University(Meng) :
2)University Of Windsor -Meng (i am little bit confused about it now cause, some people studying there are giving negative reviews about MEng in Windsor) ???

Since you have some research skills like published papers, why are you going for MEng? You could have got into Research based Masters and perhaps got funding towards your studies. Anyways with your profile you can get in both UWindsor and Concordia

I have chosen MEng Only because of low profile...I would really love to get in a MS program if the university accepts me with my profile (even willing to get in self funded) do you have any suggestion ?
