Professional experience different than qualification

Hello All,

I am commerce graduate but have been working in ITES industry after graduation. The NOC which suits my profile talks about qualifications being graduate in computer science, engineering, etc. Will this be a problem when applying for PR that I dont have any experience in my area of graduation?
