I am currently holding an open working permit.
In order to get the PR, I need one more year of Canadian work experience.
I have an offer from the States and they can hire me through a professional employer organization in Canada.
So, I will sign a contract with that PEO and the PEO will directly pay me.
I wonder if this can be considered as Canadian work experience given that I am simply an outsource in Canada but under standard hiring contract with PEO.

I am in the same boat.
I already have my PGWP, and an American company I worked for before as incorporated asked me if they hire me via PEO, does it work for the Canadian experience class?
I will generally be busy with Canadian Market for prospective clients, but the company does not have any active clients or entities in Canada right now. This is the target. After they have a client, they will create a branch in Toronto.
Of course, all my taxes etc will be under PEO.
