May I know the maximum waiting time for Passport return from CIC?
My representative said it was mailed with a return envelope and tracking number last Nov.8,2011 but I can't track
the mail they sent, according to them it has not yet been dispatch by Immigration and expect
delays because of the holiday season,is this possible?
How will I know if my passport is still with the Immigration Office?
Please advice.
