If you're from Pakistan, processing time for you is 10 weeks. Forget about getting Student Visa for January Intake. You will have to defer your admission to Summer/fall 2012.
If I am not wrong your applying from Pakistan.
Pakistan "Canada High Commission" took 11weeks to process your application but there are some cases who got there visa very fast sometimes but those are "University applicants or Not Ontario applicants"
As, your applying for college and for Ontario, not take it wrong but your extremely late to apply.
If you want to waste your money than go ahead try your luck.
Check the list who applied for Ontario for Winter session and are still waiting for medical call.
