Processing time of an express entry application

Hi,

I got my ITA on May 31, 2017 and applied under FSW on July 21, 2017. I have been checking my profile daily and the status now shows :
Medical Test: You passed the medical exam.
Background check: Not applicable.

If anyone knows, can they tell me why is background check not applicable. Because I uploaded the police clearance certificate?

How much time it usually takes for an express entry- FSW application to get approved (if everything is ok).

Background check: Not applicable is a normal status. It will go to "In progress" and sometimes back to "NA" before its finally approved! So relax, all is well.

How much time it usually takes for an express entry- FSW application to get approved (if everything is ok). now from this stage it can take 2-4 months max if no additional documents required. You can check my timeline in my signature, that will give you some idea. Good luck
